Dr. Ron Attanasio

Dr. Ron Attanasio, age 73, of Fallston, Maryland passed away on June 2, 2023 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Long Island, New York, he was the son of Salvatore and Rosemary (Pomerank) Attanasio.   Ron went to Walter Reed Medical Center and graduated from EVMC to become a physician. For 36 years, he owned his own practice at the Medical Health Group. He loved going to the beach and collecting shells.   
   
Ron is survived by his wife Cindy Attanasio; three sons, Nicolas Attanasio (Danika), Michael Attanasio, and Jonathan Balas; two daughters, Lisa Attanasio and Julie Balas; three grandchildren, Sam Attanasio, Violet Attanasio, and Ivy Attanasio; two brothers, Kevin Attanasio and Michael Attanasio; three sisters, Rosemary Fredrick, Judy Weinburg, and Susan Caputo. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Sal Attanasio and Stephen Attanasio.
