Dr. Larry Gordon Tilley

Dr. Larry G. Tilley, 86 years old, of Fallston, MD passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2022. Dr. Tilley was predeceased by his parents George and Evelyn Tilley and his beloved wife of 50 years, Edith P. Tilley.

Dr. Tilley is survived by his sons, David Tilley, Brian Oudemans-Tilley (Elysia Oudemans-Tilley) and Mark Tilley (Tina Tilley); grandchildren, Lauren Foley (Tyler Foley), Jeffrey Tilley, Mateo Oudemans, Lydia Tilley and Andrew Tilley; great grandsons, Lucas Foley and Parker Foley. He is also survived by his sister Judith Parvizian (Ahmad Parvizian) and his brother, Steven Tilley (Diane Tilley).

Dr. Tilley was a graduate of Bel Air High School High School, earned his bachelor’s degree at Roanoke University and his medical degree from the University of Maryland Medical School. His spent his career dedicated to healing people as he worked for himself, then as a partner in Eastpoint Medical Group until his retirement in 2000. Dr. Tilley was the president of the Maryland Academy of Family Physicians in 1980.

Dr. Tilley was a proud member of Sigma Chi fraternity and a member of Fallston United Methodist Church. He enjoyed being an umpire and referee for high school athletics and traveled often with his wife, relatives and a group of dear high school friends known as the “Elegant Eight”. Most important to him was the time spent with his wife, sons and all his family.
