Dr. Darrell L. Brown

Dr. Darrell L. Brown, age 75, of Edgewood, MD, gently passed away on April 22, 2014 at his home. Born in York, PA, he was the son of Edward Marion and Marie Louise Brosend Brown. Darrell was a psychologist for approximately 30 years with Baltimore County Public Schools. A member of Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Edgewood for over 40 years, he was devoted to his wife, children and grandchildren. Throughout his lifetime, Darrell enjoyed singing, sailing, dancing, and travel.

Dr. Brown is survived by his wife of 52 years, Von K. Brown; daughters, Christine Hurt of Towson and Denise Dodson of Lutherville; sister, Janice Smith of Ocean Pines; brothers, Edward Brown Jr. of Allentown, PA and Kenneth Brown of Sacramento, CA; and grandchildren, David and Mark Hurt, Sarah Fisher and Jack Dodson.
