Dorothy Louise Warfield

Dorothy Louise Warfield, age 85, of Elkton, MD passed away on May 22, 2017 at her home. Born in Forest Hill, MD, she was the daughter of Walter Curtis and Sara Elizabeth (Braitmaier) Roe and was the wife of the late Ballenger Day Warfield. A graduate of Bel Air High School, she was a member of Centre United Methodist Church. She volunteered at nursing homes and enjoyed crocheting and traveling. She was in a bowling league for a long time, played cards every Friday and went out to eat with her friends. She enjoyed going to family reunions and loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mrs. Warfield is survived by her children, Randy Warfield and wife, Debby, Steven Warfield and wife, Janelle; Judy Yingling and husband, Patrick, and Vickie Boggs; daughter-in-law, Donna Warfield; 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Kenny Warfield, brothers, Charles and Donald Roe, and son-in-law, Harold Boggs.
