Dorothy Lee Blevins

Dorothy Lee Blevins a resident of Edgewood, MD, died at the age of 71 on July 19, 2016 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. She was born in Emmorton, MD to Jacob Henry Sills and Margaret May (Lawson) Sills and was the wife of the late James Douglas Blevins Sr. She had worked at Belco Corporation for 33 years, enjoyed going to yard sales, liked to cook and was an avid gardener. She was also an avid bowler and bowled on many leagues.

Survivors include her son James D. Blevins Jr. of Edgewood; daughter Mary G. Hammons of Port Deposit; brother Jake H. Sills of Bel Air; sisters Nancy Fender and Betty Jo Sills both of Edgewood; grandchildren April M. Blevins of Aberdeen and James A. Blevins of Edgewood; and great-grandson Adarius A. Davis of Aberdeen.
