Dorothy Howard

Dorothy Howard, age 84, of Joppa, MD passed away on June 8, 2017 at Gilchrist Hospice in Towson, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of John Cromwell Popple and Helen (Popple) Mansfield. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and the C&P Pioneers which is now Verizon. She enjoyed going to yard sales, bazaars, and working crossword puzzles.

Mrs. Howard is survived by her husband of 44 years, John H. Howard; nieces and nephews, Mary Johnson, June Bounds, Sonny Wehrman, Jeff Diacont and Scott Diacont; stepsons, Scott Howard of Parkville and Craig Howard of Towson; step grandchildren, Alex, Derek and Ryan Howard; and step great grandson, Jackson Howard. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her nephew, Douglas Wehrman.
