Dorothy J. Foehrkolb

Dorothy J. Foehrkolb, age 93, of Annapolis, Maryland passed away on May 27, 2023, at Hospice of Chesapeake in Pasadena, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of John William and Emma Emily (Hacker) Davidson and wife of the late Louis Andrew Foehrkolb.  Dorothy was a member of the choir at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Abingdon, MD for quite some time. After she moved to Easton, MD, she enjoyed attending mass at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She loved to travel and especially enjoyed cruises. Always active, she kept very busy and left no stone unturned. Some of Dorothy’s favorite pastimes were cooking, dancing, and just having a good time.  She was a great family person and was always there to help.

Dorothy is survived by sons, Louis J. Foehrkolb and his wife, Jayne, and Stephen F. Foehrkolb; daughter, Deborah Bingham and husband, David; and sister, Ruth Foehrkolb; as well as 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son, Michael George Foehrkolb, Sr., brothers, Jack Davidson and John W. Davidson.
