Dorothy "Dot" Tiller

Dorothy "Dot" Tiller, 87, of Forest Hill, MD, passed away on March 2, 2015 at Forest Hill Health and Rehabilitation. She had been a resident of Abingdon for over 80 years before moving to Forest Hill. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, she was the daughter of the late Frank H. Nuttall and Mary Ellen Purcell Cottrell. She retired from Harford Sanitation where she worked in Management. She loved reading and doing ceramics where she also taught classes. She also loved spending time with her family, especially all her grandchildren.

Ms. Tiller is survived by her daughter, Sharon Tiller Burton of Abingdon; brother, Donald Nuttall of Virginia; sister, Jane Nuttall of Abingdon; grandchildren, Sharon Marie, Annette, Michael, Michele, Courtney, Nathan and Sarah; eighteen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, David B. Tiller and daughter, Sandy L. Archer.
