Doris Marie (Schneider) Knoppel

Doris Marie (Schneider) Knoppel, age 92, of White Hall, Maryland passed away on April 29, 2022, at Hart Heritage Estates in Street, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Howard Schneider and Claire (Wilson) Schneider Abel and beloved wife of the late Jack Knoppel Sr. Doris had a sweet spirit and worked as a real estate agent. She was a very loving, caring, and outgoing lady. She was always giving of her time and concerned for the wellbeing of others above herself. She loved gardening and would plant both flower gardens and vegetable gardens. Above all, Doris loved her family and cherished any time she got to spend with them.    

Doris is survived by her two sons, Jack (Barbara) Leonard Knoppel, Jr., and Adam Charles Knoppel, II (Deanna); two daughters, Darlene (Ronald) Seilback, and Cheryl Knoppel-Hanlon; grandchildren, John, Jason (Christine), Lisie (Ryan), Matthew (Kelly), Tina (Chris), Josh (Emily), Kimberly, Raven (John), Maelena (Joseph), Dalton, Madison, Shane and Kyle; 21 great-grandchildren; and her half-sister, Claire (Andy) Solomon.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Leonard Knoppel Sr.; son, Kurt Knoppel; and sister, Mary Tesar.
