Doris Leona Bowling

Doris Leona Bowling, age 85, of Abingdon, MD, passed away on July 2, 2012 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Pearisburg, VA, she was the daughter of the late William Max and Alta Leona Craig Blevins and wife of the late Robert H. Bailey and the late John W. Bowling. She retired from Edgewood Arsenal after 27 years of service. She was a lifetime member of Bel Air United Methodist Church and belonged to the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 83 in Bel Air, MD.

Mrs. Bowling is survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brothers, Raymond T., Kenneth R. and Max W. Blevins and sisters, Eva B. Coomes, D. Mae Moulsdale, Georgia I. Hutson and M. Ellen Kabina.
