On Thursday October 5, 2017 Doris Lee Phipps of Jarrettsville, Maryland passed away. Daughter of the late Herbert L. Morrow and the late Myrtle M. Biles Morrow. Wife of the late Walter H. Phipps; mother of Glenn S. Phipps; Debra L. Botterill; Laurel A. Moody; Karen P. Muncy; also survived by 7 grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday October 8, 2017 from 3-6 PM from the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 3345 Charles Street, Fallston, Maryland 21047. Funeral service will be Monday October 9, 2017 at 10:00 AM from the church. Interment in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, 200 East Padonia Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093. For those who desire:
