Doris Lee Eney

DORIS LEE ENEY, age 81, of Joppa, MD, died on March 10, 2006 at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Wyman Cubbage and the late Pansy Elizabeth Peyton Frankton, and the wife of the late Raymond Earl Eney. She worked for Maryland General Hospital around 1962 and then worked as an executive secretary at Lutheran Hospital, from which she retired. After retirement, she worked part-time at the Towne Plaza Apartments in Joppa, MD. She was active over the past two years in Bingo at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Joppa, MD and at the Edgewood Branch of the Harford County Public Library. She was an avid reader, according to her family, who enjoyed family gatherings at Christmas and any time they could get together.

Mrs. Eney is survived by three sons, William R. Eney of Panama City, FL, John H. Eney of Joppatowne, MD and Donald L. Eney of Rehoboth, DE; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her step-father, Lorne Lee Frankton.
