DONOVAN JOSEPH RAGAN, infant son of Joseph Wilson Ragan, Jr. and Heather Elaine Chisholm of Perryville died at Harford Memorial Hospital on November 8, 2003. He was just one month old. Baby Donovan is also survived by grandparents, Steve Chrisholm of Belcamp; Vicki Chisholm of Abingdon; Deborah Emerson of Perryville; and Joseph Ragan, Sr. of Cecil County.
