Donna Louise Spencer

Donna Louise Spencer, age 75, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on July 12, 2023 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Nina (Reedy) Spencer. She was a member of Emmorton Baptist Church. Donna worked in various retail management jobs before starting her job at Citizens Care Rehabilitation Center in Havre de Grace for almost 19 years. Donna's granddaughter, Haley, was her world and she loved to spend as much time as possible with her. She would help with Haley's Girl Scout activities, attend dance recitals, and would often take Haley to Double T Diner. She also loved her 2 kitties, Sammy, and Bear.     

Donna is survived by her daughter, Melissa Spencer-Allen; granddaughter, Haley Lynn Schaffer and brother, Norman Harold Spencer.

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by sister, Madeline Robinson and brother, Gerald Spencer.
