Donald "Snake" Brewer

May 20, 1940 — November 4, 2014

Donald "Snake" Brewer, age 74, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on November 4, 2014 at his home. Born in Bel Air, he was the son of the late Woodrow Wilson Brewer and Ollie Marie Hale Brewer. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he worked at Cytec Industries in Havre de Grace for 43 years. An excellent cook, he enjoyed gardening, bluegrass music and crabbing on the Wye River.

Mr. Brewer is survived by his son, Todd E. Brewer and wife, Kimberly, of Perry Hall; daughters, Lisa A. Puckett and husband, Ken, of Conowingo and Teresa L. Bunnell and husband, Billy, of Seaford, DE; brothers, Jesse Brewer of Churchville and Ray Brewer of Havre de Grace; sisters, Mary Wilck of Palmyra, NY and Linda Mathews of Chase; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; stepchildren Sherri Holland and Brian Gilbert; and three step grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Paul Brewer.
