Wife of Ruth Naumann Phoebus; father of Charles Richard Phoebus; Laura Lee Riley; also survived by grandchildren- David Phoebus; Danielle Phoebus; Austin Phoebus. Visitation will be held Friday, February 6, 2015 from 2-4 PM - 7-9 PM at the Kurtz Funeral Home, 1114 Baldwin Mill Road, Jarrettsville, Maryland 21084.
