Donald Kelly Miner, Sr.

DONALD KELLY MINER SR., age 48, of Bel Air, MD, died on June 8, 2008 at his home. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Dolores Marie Miner (nee Haney) of Dundalk, MD and the late John Ambrose Miner. A resident of Harford County since 1984, he worked 27 years for the State of Maryland Toll Facilities which included the Key Bridge, Harbor Tunnel, and Interstate 95. He was a member of Trinity Reformed Baptist Church in Joppa, and enjoyed camping and traveling.

Mr. Miner is survived by his wife of 24 years, Mildred Yvonne Hall Miner of Bel Air, MD; a son, DJ Miner Jr. of Bel Air, MD; two daughters, Brittney A. Atwell of Abingdon, MD and Kelli E. Frye and her husband, Nick, of Sneads Fairy, NC; three brothers, Thomas M. Miner and his wife, Marie, of Kingsville, MD, John J. Miner and his wife, Debra, of Abingdon, MD, and Shawn S. Miner and his wife, Jennifer, of Edgemere, MD; a sister, Patricia Feige and her husband, William, of Hampstead, NC; and two grandchildren, Landen K. Atwell of Abingdon, MD and Niki E. Frye of Sneads Fairy, NC.
