Donald E. Lawson

Donald E. Lawson, age 71, of Grassy Creek, NC, passed away on May 8, 2014 at Ashe County Memorial Hospital in Jefferson, NC. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Marvin and Ola Lawson. He worked as a machinist at Northrop Grumman Aerospace and enjoyed fishing, muscle cars and motorcycles. He was
previously a member of the Heritage Iron Club.

Mr. Lawson is survived by his sons, Dwight Lawson of Edgewood and Victor Lawson and wife, Debi, of Darlington; daughter, Norma Anderson and husband, John, of Woodstock, GA; and two grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Virginia Youngworth.
