Donald J. Corvese

Donald J. Corvese, age 85, of Edgewood, Maryland passed away on September 8, 2023 at Madonna Heritage in Jarrettsville, Maryland. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, he was the son of Daniel and Helen (Allaire) Corvese and husband of the late Marie (Rawlings) Corvese. 

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Vietnam Era and a member of the American Legion Edgewood Post #17.  He retired from both Bethlehem Steel and Frederick Cancer Research & Development Center.  He was an avid reader.  He enjoyed going on cruises.        

Donald is survived by his; children, Leonard (Helen) Nicewonger of White Hall, MD, Christopher (Rachel) Corvese of Chino Hills, CA, Deborah (Vincent) Urbanski of Edgewood, MD, Jill Corvese (Gene Bystrak) of Wolcott, CT and Shari Reed of Belcamp, MD; 17 Grandchildren and 16 Great-grandchildren. 

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by a son, Russell Nicewonger and a sister, Doris Gill.
