Don Schott, age 74, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on June 5, 2015 at his home. Born in Baltimore, MD, he is the son of the late Charles Frederick and Marjorie Katherine Yost Schott. He worked at Edgewood Arsenal for 11 years at the Medical Research Facility and later for 31 years as a consultant on occupational health and safety. He was the author of articles published in scientific journals, as well as a book about his experiences in occupational health and safety. He was a member of Upper Cross Roads Baptist Church where he served on many committees. He taught a course on plants in the Bible for the Crossroads Bible Institute in 2013 and he had a great interest in railroads.
Mr. Schott is survived by his wife of 52 years, Pam Schott; son, David A. Schott of Bel Air and brother Glenn H. Schott of New Alexandria, PA.
