Dominic Bonvegna

Dominic A. Bonvegna, age 76, of Abingdon Maryland passed away unexpectedly on Friday April 5th, 2019. Born and raised in Highlandtown, Maryland, he was the only son of Antonio and Anna (Tornabene) Bonvegna. A Reprographics Specialist for Constellation Energy, he was also a committee member of the Boy Scouts of America belonging to Troop 746. Mr. Bonvegna always looked forward to going to the shooting range with his son and collecting knives and various walking canes from all over the world. He enjoyed traveling with his family and friends and alongside them they explored Italy, Sicily, Hawaii, Alaska, England, the Canadian side of Niagara Falls and many other exciting destinations.

Mr. Bonvegna is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 47 years Rosemarie Ann Bonvegna, their daughter Theresa Bonvegna and her husband Michael Mathis, their son Dominic J. Bonvegna and his wife Carey, along with their daughter Madison Bonvegna. He is also survived by his dear sister Angela Sklar and her husband Albert, nephew Christopher Sklar and his wife Jennifer and their children Ethan and Rosanna, and his nephew Michael Sklar and his wife Jen along with their daughters, Natalie and Juliana.
