Domenica Velli

Domenica "Micki" Velli, 79, of Bel Air, MD passed away on August 19, 2015 at Genesis Health Care in Towson, MD. Born in Piacenza, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Paolo and Maria Guglielmetti. During the mid-1980's she worked as a seamstress for the Hecht Company and in the 1990's for Manor Company. A past member of Sacred Heart of Mary in Dundalk, she attended Mass at St. Margaret until her physical condition would not allow her to get out. She enjoyed cooking her true Italian recipes and as she sewed, she loved playing the games on the radio shows. She would win a lot and always baked a cake for the radio station upon winning.

Mrs. Velli is survived by her husband of 60 years, Donald P. Velli Sr.; sons, Donald P. Velli Jr. and wife Susan of Ellicott City and Joseph D. Velli and wife Marsha of New Freedom, PA; daughter, Donna A. Andreasik and husband John of Jarrettsville; sisters, Louisa Young of Bel Air and Maria Cammarata and husband Pat of Parkville; and grandson Brenton R. Andreasik of Jarrettsville.
