Dolores Winskowski Almony

Dolores M. Almony (nee Winskowski), departed this world to be with her Lord on Friday, February 15, 2013. She was born in Rutledge, MD the eldest daughter of Edward and Gladys Hammond Winskowski. She was predeceased by her husband of 29 years, Upton "Bus" F. Almony and her brother, Stanley Winskowski. She is survived by three sisters; Alma Gilbert of Forest Hill, Shirley King of St. Augustine, FL and Carol Rains of Pocomoke City; three children; Brenda Wooten and her husband, Daniel, of Jarrettsville, Dwight Almony of Jarrettsville and Renee' Royal and her husband, Randy, of Vilas, NC. She was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church in White Hall, MD most of her life and was previously a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Fallston.

In addition, she leaves behind nine grandchildren, Christopher Lintz and wife, Melissa; Heidi Ferrell and husband, Michael; Kimberly Paniagua-Ferreira and husband, Sergio; Timothy Twigg Jr. and wife Chelsea; Melissa Rangel and husband, Roga; Jillian Almony; Natalie Twigg; Patrick Almony and Jeremy Twigg. She had eleven great-grandchildren Chelsea Kurek, Trevor Lintz, Steven Ferrell, Bradley Lintz, Yurixhi Paniagua-Ferreria, Collin Ferrell, Caedin Ferrell, Alexander Paniagua-Ferreria, Amora Rangel, Samuel Twigg and Silas Twigg and one great-great-grandson, Ayden Kurek. She also had numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Her family was her whole life. In later years, she enjoyed watching televised games of the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens.
