Dolores E. Brown

Dolores E. Brown, formerly of Bel Air, died at the age of 90 at her home in Mechanicsville, VA where she had lived for over 20 years. She was born in Baltimore, MD to John Frederick Engel and Catherine Elizabeth (Dondorf) Engel and was the wife, for 71 years, of Norman Andrew Brown. She had been active with the Harford Chapter #83 (OES) and was a Past Matron. She enjoyed reading and being a homemaker.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters Shirley D. Edmonston of Edgewood and Darlene N. and Jim Hesoun of Mechanicsville, VA; grandchildren V.J. Hesoun, Andrew Bien, Tyler Bien, Jennifer Dempsey and Kimberly Squyars; and great-grandchildren Gabrielle, Landon, Mason and Easton. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son-in-law Dan Edmonston and her sister Mary Buckingham.
