Dolores C. Clarke

Dolores C. Clarke, age 94, formerly of Bel Air, MD, passed away on March 26, 2018 in Ft. Myers, FL. She was the daughter of Joseph Stanley and Marie (Schmidt) Chilcoat and wife of the late Robert L. Clarke. A graduate of Bel Air High School, she retired as the Comptroller of the Harford County Treasurer's Office and had previously worked at APG. For several years she was active in the Young Democratic Club, The Lioness Club and the Soroptomist Club.

Mrs. Clarke is survived by daughter, Denise Thomas (Richard) of Edgewood; son, Robert Clarke (Linda) of Supply, NC; two granddaughters, Michelle McNally and Lindsay Nicole Hollowell; three great-granddaughters, Laura Shrank, Erin McNally and Allison Hollowell; two great-grandsons, Ian McNally and Joshua Hollowell; and great-great-grandchildren, Elijah and Elizabeth Shrank.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sons, William Clarke and Douglas Clarke.

In her many years of retirement, she enjoyed traveling throughout the U.S. where she had enjoyable time golfing, her favorite hobby. When home, she passed time away with painting her favorite visions of her travels.
