Deborah L. Marek

Deborah L. Marek, age 73, of Edgewood, Maryland passed away on February 27, 2023 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Chester, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of William and Marion (Ferry) Doering and wife of 52 years to her loving husband, the late Thomas Marek. She was a member of Prince of Peace Church and loved playing Bingo at church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, driving around looking at wildlife and nature and feeding the birds.

Deborah is survived by her daughter, Pamela Hyatt and husband, Kevin; grandson, Brian Hyatt; granddaughter, Morgan Hyatt; brother, Phillip Doring; and brother-in-law, Stanley Marek.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Scott Marek and sister, Rebecca Ishler.
