Deborah Ann ''Debbie'' Jenkins

Deborah Ann "Debbie" Jenkins, age 67, of Bel Air, MD passed away on June 3, 2018 at her home. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of William Louis and Loretta Sarah (Monfredo) Collevecchio. She was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church and Sons of Italy Harford County Lodge. She was employed by Baltimore City for over 20 years, her last position was with the Baltimore City Police Department in an administrative position. She loved to cook, bake, clean, play card games, travel and shop. She was the best grandmother and loved being with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Jenkins is survived by her husband of 24 years, Charles Robert Jenkins Jr.; two daughters, Lauren Milan (Greg) and Kristy Louvado (Ivo); two brothers, Leonard Collevecchio (Betty) and Nick Collevecchio (Linda); four grandchildren, Ivo Louvado, Luciano Milan, Aiden and Ethan Jenkins; and Step Son, Chuck Jenkins (Shelly).

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Amelia G. Milan.
