David Welch

David Welch, age 46, of Bel Air, MD, died on October 6, 2008 at Manor Care in Rosedale, MD. Born in Natrona Heights, PA, he was the son of Paul E. and Patricia A. Petrak Welch of Forest Hill, MD. A 1980 graduate of Bel Air High School, he was a proud member of their football team. He then graduated from Salisbury State College in 1985 where he also played football. A devoted uncle and family member, he loved fishing, gardening, cooking, reading, and golfing.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Sean Welch, and wife Jackie, of Eldersburg, MD; four nieces, Emma Alice Welch, Lauren Elizabeth Welch, Erin Mary Welch, and Lucy Jane Welch, all of Eldersburg, MD; and loving companion, Jennifer Zdobinski of Bel Air, MD.
