David W. Sewell

David W. Sewell, age 82, of Fallston, MD died on October 17, 2010, at his home. Born in Pueblo, CO, he was the son of the late David Joyce and Ellen Lucille Cottingham Sewell, and husband, for 45 years, of the late Ruth Sewell. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served our country during WWII. He had worked as a plumber all of his life, retiring from the Harford County government, and enjoyed woodworking and yardwork. He was very family oriented, and was a volunteer at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center and Meals on Wheels. He also was a member of St. Rita's Knights of Columbus.

Mr. Sewell is survived by his sons, David F. Sewell and wife, Janet, of Dundalk, MD, and Kevin N. Sewell and companion, Debbie, of White Hall, MD; daughter, Kathleen Foehrkolb and husband, Joe, of Long Green, MD; and grandchildren, Joseph and Robert Foehrkolb, both of Baltimore, MD, Stacy Townsend of Edgewood, MD, and Rebecca Sewell of Joppatowne, MD. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his sister, Winifred Voegerl.
