David T. Kading, age 61, of Darlington, MD, died on April 13, 2009 at his home surrounded by family and close friends. Born in Madison, WI, he was the son of the late Violet E. Olsen Kading. A 23 year veteran of the U.S. Army, he served our country during the Vietnam War and was a recipient of the Purple Heart. He worked for Courtland Hardware in Bel Air for over 20 years, and enjoyed woodworking, especially making lawn crafts.
Mr. Kading is survived by his wife, Angela Louise Zednik Kading of Darlington, MD; siblings, Diane Lynch, Mark Kading and wife, Julie, Keith Kading and wife, Linda, Larry Kading, Mary Kading and husband, Steve Riemenapp, Jim Kading, and Steve Kading, all of Wisconsin; and was the special uncle and friend of Michael D. Caudill and Jonathan Caudill of Bel Air, MD.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Northern Chesapeake Hospice Foundation, P.O. Box 2332, Elkton, MD 21922-2332.
