David Stephen Crowe

DAVID STEPHEN CROWE, age 90, of Abingdon, died at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on May 21, 2004. Born in Harford County, he was the son of the late William H. and Rose Eleanor Dicson Crowe. He had retired in 1981 from the U.S. Government where he worked as an estimator for the Army Corps of Engineers. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WW II and was very proud of his military service. He was a member and usher at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church for many years. He was a life member of Otter Point Boat and Yacht Club, the American Legion in Aberdeen, and a life member of the VFW in Abingdon. He enjoyed hunting and his family said he was a wonderful husband and father.

Mr. Crowe is survived by his wife of 58 years, Marian Chrystal McGreevy Crowe; one son, Stephen Crowe and his wife Kelly of Bel Air. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, William Crowe and one sister, Catherine Crowe.
