David Michael Macknew

David Michael Macknew, age 55, of Abingdon, MD passed away on August 19, 2018 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Donald and Rosetta M. (Shugh) Macknew of Bel Air. He was very supportive of his children and their sports, lacrosse and football. He was also involved with the Scouts and worked at Broad Creek Scout Camp. David dearly loved his family.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Macknew is survived by his wife, Patty; two sons, Brandon Scott and Brett Michael Macknew; daughter, Brittany Nicole and her husband, Kirk Bentley; three grandchildren, Zoey Jane, Dawson Michael, and Connor Jameson Macknew; brother, Robert Edward Macknew; sister, Diane Iris Osborn; and many other loving friends and family.
