David L. Miller Sr.

David L. Miller Sr., age 84, of Joppa, MD, passed away on October 6, 2011 at Senator Bob Hooper House in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late David Luther Miller Sr. and Edna Lillian Monroe Miller and husband of the late Doris V. Miller. A veteran of the U.S. Army Air Force, he served as a Radio Operator. A Harford County resident since 1965, he was employed with BGE as a dispatcher for 32 years. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Joppa, MD, and enjoyed traveling.

Mr. Miller is survived by his daughter, Joyce L. Engle and her husband, Andrew, of Bel Air, MD; sisters, Mary Hippensteel of Bel Air, MD and Liela Button of Baltimore, MD; and granddaughter, Michelle L. Engle.
