David C. Forties

David C. Forties, age 77, of Churchville, Maryland, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2024, at Bel Air Assisted Living in Bel Air, Maryland.

Born in Cumberland, North Carolina, David was the son of the late Robert and Joan (Tuffnell) Forties and the beloved husband of Carolyn Jane Forties.

A proud veteran of the U.S. Army, David was a social member of the Chesapeake City Veterans of Foreign Wars and an active member of the Arena Club for over 20 years, where he pursued his passion for powerlifting. David also had a love for baking, cooking, and traveling, exploring destinations all over the world with enthusiasm and curiosity.

David is survived by his devoted wife, Jane; his son, Scott David Forties, and wife, Amy; his cherished granddaughter, Olivia Grace Forties; his sister, Tina Ambriz; and many loving nieces and nephews.
