David E. Cubbage

David E. Cubbage, age 60, of Laurel, DE, died on September 18, 2010 at his home. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Carmelita Humphries Cubbage of Aberdeen, MD and the late Enoch E. Cubbage. He worked as an Automated Packing Systems Technician and Lithograph Production Line Mechanic. He also worked for the Delmarva Shorebirds Baseball Organization. A 1967 graduate of Edgewood High School. David graduated Harford Community College with an A.A. degree and attended York College for a B.S. degree. He enjoyed crabbing, traveling, loved the ocean, his four dogs and was a season ticket holder of the Ravens football team.

He is survived by his wife of 34 ½ years, Irene (Peggy) Cubbage of Laurel, DE; sons, Christopher Cubbage and Ian Matthew Barts. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his son, Daniel Christopher Barts.
