David William Hall, 51, passed away on September 11th, 2020, in Bel Air, Maryland. He was the father of Joshua, Zachary, and Alexea Hall, and the fiance of Patricia Lorme. Dave and Patricia shared the last 9 years together as a blended family.
Dave was born in Heidelberg, Germany, the son of Fred and Janina Hall. He was an entrepreneur and always had that ambitious spirit. At an early age, Dave co-owned Kongcrete with his father throughout high school and beyond. He attended Joppatowne High as well as one year at Essex community college. Dave gained all of his life skills and experiences by working hands-on. He was mostly self-taught and left a legacy in not only the concrete and construction businesses in and around Harford County, but in the lives of those he knew and met along the way.
Dave was a hardworking man; he woke up before the sun and would always say "you have to stretch and flex first" then grab his coffee, check the weather and put on his work boots. His last business was his own; he called it, Complete Concrete. He was very passionate about his work.
When he wasn’t working, Dave loved four-wheeling with his family. He loved going fishing and he enjoyed mowing the lawn but not as much as he enjoyed collecting the tools to do so. He wouldn't admit it to anyone, but he loved playing with his dog, Thelma, too. Dave had a rich family history, and he enjoyed sharing stories about his parents. He had 3 children Alexea Hall, Joshua Hall and, Zachary Hall. He was also a father figure to Samira Scott, Tylor Lorme and James Lorme. He was Poppop to two grandchildren, James Lorme Jr and Winter Tarman. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends
