Darrell Carver Caldwell

DARRELL CARVER CALDWELL, age 76, of Edgewood, MD, died on March 28, 2006 at the Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. Born in Crumpler, NC, he was the son of the late Robert and Lura Bell Caldwell. He was a steamfitter for Power and Combustion, Inc. and a member of the Plumbers and Steamfitters Union Local 486 for 36 years. He had served in the US Army. He was a Harford County resident for 46 years, and a member of Presbury United Methodist Church and the American Legion. His family said that he enjoyed his grandchildren and attending family events.

Mr. Caldwell is survived by his wife of 48 years, Nell Norton Caldwell, of Edgewood, MD; one son, Gary L. Caldwell of Edgewood, MD; one daughter, Sandra D. Cohen, and her husband, Steven S. Cohen, of Ellicott City, MD; one brother, James W. Caldwell of Sparta, NC; one sister, Anne C. Wallace of Baltimore, MD; and two grandchildren, Lindsay H. Cohen and Alex H. Cohen, both of Ellicott City, MD.
