Danny Mccoy

Danny McCoy, age 68, of Bel Air, MD, died on July 17, 2010 at Gilchrist Center @ GBMC in Towson, MD. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of the late Vernon Hamilton and Martha Imogene Brown McCoy. He graduated from Aberdeen High School and attended the University of Maryland for two years before joining the armed forces. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served our country during Vietnam. His focus throughout his adult career was computer support services. He worked at Bache & Co. and at CBS in New York and was self employed for awhile before going to work at Aberdeen Proving Ground. There he worked with the Youth Technology Program and the Marketing Office. He loved computers, playing golf, and tinkering with remote controlled aircraft.

Mr. McCoy is survived by his brother, Mike McCoy, and wife Norma, of Stafford, VA; and nephew and nieces, Gregory McCoy of Atlanta, GA, Erin McCoy of Boston, MA and Megan McCoy of Redondo Beach, CA.
