Daniele Jeanne Fleischer

DANIÉLE JEANNE FLEISCHER, age 66, of Bel Air, MD, died at her home on December 31, 2007. Born in Ste Maur, France, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Marcelle Terrienne Lémarie. A certified interior designer, she was educated in France in Art and Design and continued her education for over 25 years in the USA. She worked for ten years as a designer for Shaivitz Furniture and one year as Design Director for a design firm, DGI. Since December of 1986, she was the owner and design director of Lemarie Interieurs, celebrating over 20 years of serving Harford County in residential and commercial projects. She was a professional member of the Interior Design Society since 1981 and served a two year term as President of IDS Mid Atlantic Chapter. She was an executive member of International Furnishings and Design Association and president of the Baltimore Chapter in 2001. She has participated in six Show Houses and one Dream Home. A member of the Harford County Chamber of Commerce since 1987, she was also a member of the Chesapeake Professional Woman’s Network, as well as, the Chesapeake Cancer Alliance. She volunteered her time and talents to the ARC Northern Chesapeake Region and many other charitable causes. An award winning designer, her projects have been published in magazines, newspapers, and TV.
Mrs. Fleischer is survived by three sons, Eric J. Fleischer of Bel Air, MD, Stanley J. Fleischer and his wife, Pascale, of Towson, MD, and Jan Marc L. Fleischer and his wife, Kellie J., of Abingdon, MD; a daughter, Ann E. Fleischer and her partner, Lt. Jacqueline Y. Daley of Philadelphia, PA; six grandchildren, Michael N. Fleischer, Nicholas A. Fleischer, and Nadeline P. Fleischer, all of Towson, MD, Ryan M. Fleischer of Bel Air, MD, and Amanda N. Fleischer and Joey M. Fleischer both of Abingdon, MD; a great-granddaughter, Kaylee M. Fleischer of Towson, MD; and nieces, Dominique Lemarie of Le Pouliguen, France, Christine Lemarie of La Baule, France, and Stephanie Grandjean of Baltimore, MD.

Pallbearers will be Steve Hellman, Dave Hellman, Mark Ewers, Matt Ewers, Ryan Fleischer, Michael Fleischer, Joey Fleischer, and Scott Jones.
