Daniel Ray Taylor

Daniel Ray Taylor, age 60, of Port Deposit, Maryland passed away on January 25, 2022 in Port Deposit, Maryland. Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, he was the son of Dorothy (Acker) Taylor and the late Joseph Taylor and husband to Brenda Isom Taylor for 35 years this April. Their love was once in a lifetime.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children Daniel Ray Taylor Jr.  and Morgan Fallon Taylor, sisters Jeanne Foltz of Pennsylvania and Leanna Taylor of Darlington, brothers Carol Franklin Taylor of Darlington, James Michael Taylor of Pennsylvania, Joseph Taylor of Virginia, and James Taylor of Virginia. He was predeceased by a brother Joseph Lee Taylor Jr.

Survived by many nieces and nephews, and his great nieces.

He was a hard worker throughout his life, having spent his entire life being a drywall specialist.

He was a dedicated Baltimore sport fan, and an avid outdoorsman from fishing to boating to crabbing. He had a heart bigger than he was and lit up a room whenever he walked in. He was a man of many friendships and will be truly missed by many.
