Daniel Nehila

Daniel Anthony Nehila, born May 31, 1983 in Havre de Grace, Maryland, passed away on November 7th, 2022 at his home in Richmond, Indiana. He was 39 years old. Daniel graduated from North Harford High School in North Harford, Maryland in 2000. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 2001 and was honorably discharged in 2004. He later earned a plumbing certification and was working as a licensed plumber for D.B. Plumbing in Richmond, Indiana at the time of his death.

Daniel is survived by the loves of his life, twins Sophia and Brody Nehila of Frankfort, Indiana; his father and stepmother, William T. Nehila, Jr. and Deanie Lowman-Nehila of Bel Air, Maryland; mother, Amelia Hathaway and step-father Larry Hathaway of Crawfordsville, Indiana. He also leaves behind his paternal grandfather, William T. Nehila Sr. of Bel Air, Maryland; his brother, Michael Nehila (Erin) of Churchville, Maryland; niece, Kendal Nehila; half-siblings, Natalie, Jonathan and Andrew Hathaway. He is also survived by his uncles, David Nehila (Jennifer) of Fallston, Maryland and Jeffrey Nehila (Lisa) of Round Lake Heights, Illinois, as well as cousins, Leah and Jana Nehila of Illinois and Zachary and Madeline Nehila of Fallston, Maryland.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandmother, Josephine Nehila, his maternal step-grandparents, Ray and Ann Lowman and maternal grandparents.
