Daniel Lemmon, age 58, of Pylesville, Maryland passed away on September 26, 2022, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He was surrounded by those that loved him. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Carolyn Martha (Kiper) Lemmon and the late Charles Raymond Lemmon, Sr. He was a Fireman for 39 years. These included Captain in Baltimore County Fire Department, and a Crew Chief on the Harford County’s Special Operations Team, and the Safety Officer at Whiteford Volunteer Fire Company. In addition, he was a compliance officer for Maryland Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MOSH). He was a loving father, wonderful brother, son, and a devoted friend. He was a special man and was committed to helping others.
He is survived by Jennifer Lemmon; daughter, Lexington Lemmon; brother, Christian R. Lemmon, and his wife Catharine; Charles R. Lemmon, Jr., and his wife Sandra; and sister, Kimberly L. Middlecamp and her husband Donald. He is also survived by his significant other, Kimberly Courtney. In addition, he is survived by many nieces and nephews, and many loving and devoted friends.
