Daisy Viola Greer Henderson

DAISY VIOLA GREER HENDERSON, age 97, of Bel Air, MD, died on September 27, 2006 at her daughter’s home. Born in White Top, VA, she was the daughter of the late George Clinton and Mahala Ann Blevins Baldwin. A Harford County resident for most of her life, she retired from Martin Marietta where she helped manufacture airplanes. After her retirement, she worked at Bel Air Nursing and Convalescent Center on MacPhail Rd. in Bel Air, MD. She was a very hard working lady who had a green thumb and loved flowers and making ceramics. She was very dedicated and loved her daughter, grandson and great-grandsons.

Mrs. Henderson is survived by one daughter, Bonita Greer Kreiner and her husband Donald James of Bel Air, MD; one grandson, D. Bartholomew Greer Kreiner, D.D.S. of Bel Air, MD, and two great-grandsons, D. Bartholomew Greer Kreiner II and Sheppard Patrick Devlin Kreiner, both of Bel Air, MD.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three brothers, Ezra Baldwin, Marvin Baldwin and Vernie Baldwin; and four sisters, Danie Fox, Mamie Harris, Okie Henderson and Blanche Richardson.

Pallbearers were Frank Dixon, Bart Kreiner, Thomas Carr, Donald Carr, Breece Hall, Oscar Reed Baldwin, Bart Kreiner II and Sheppard Kreiner. Honorary pallbearers were Scott Tucker, Gerald Kreiner, Lawrence Bryant, William B. Richardson, Robert L. Richardson, Phillip White, Richard Harris, and David Collopy.
