Curtis John Nocket

Curtis John Nocket, age 67, of Aberdeen, Maryland, passed away on April 24, 2025, at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.

He was the devoted husband of Mary Beth (Kline) Nocket, with whom he shared 45 wonderful years of marriage. In addition to his wife, Curtis is survived by his son, Nathanael Jefferson Nocket and daughter, Rosalie Michele Nocket (Daniel Kennedy). He is also survived by his brother, Michael J. Nocket (Cindy); and sister, Maryellen Chenoweth. Curtis is also survived by many extended family members.

Born in Haddonfield, New Jersey, Curtis was the beloved son of the late James and Patricia (Cantwell) Nocket. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Lynn (Nocket) Newcomb.

Curtis was a dedicated member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church for 28 years and a proud member of the Knights of Columbus. A hard-working and passionate businessman, he owned and operated Tri-County Unlimited Pools and Concrete for 38 years, earning a reputation for quality and service throughout the region.

A man of deep faith and generous spirit, Curtis loved volunteering at his church, often cooking meals for church events as well as at home. He found peace and joy in the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, which he cherished throughout his life.

Curtis will be remembered for his love and devotion to his family, unwavering work ethic, his kind heart, and the love he gave so freely to his family, friends, and community.
