Cotton Osborn

Cotton Osborn, age 84, of Edgewood, MD, died on April 8, 2009 at Bel Air Health and Rehabilitation in Bel Air, MD. Born in Bloomington, IL, he was the son of the late Albert and Rachel Moon Osborn. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served for 20 years before retiring in 1965. He was an avid fisherman, boater, and outdoorsman.

Mr. Osborn is survived by his wife, Helen Ewing of Edgewood, MD; his daughter, Nancy A. Chester of Bel Air, MD; step-son, Donald Ewing Sr. of Havre de Grace, MD; step-daughter, Linda Taylor of St. Mary's City, MD; brother, Preston Osborn; one grandchild, Chris Osborn of Bel Air, MD; three step-grandchildren, Donald Ewing Jr. of Cecil County, MD, Joe Taylor, and Loren Taylor; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Brad Osborn and sister, Meldora Osborn Carlisle.
