Cory Halterman

Cory Halterman, age 21, of Bel Air, MD, passed away suddenly on December 15, 2012 at his home. Born in Alexandria, VA, he is the son of Joseph Russell Halterman of Spotsylvania, VA and Lisa Sohns of Tampa, FL. He liked hunting, fishing, riding four wheelers, being with family and tinkering with his car. He had played baseball and football for Bel Air Rec and C. Milton Wright High School where he was a 2010 graduate. He was a loving and caring individual with a gentle soul and a loving heart and always lended a helping hand or ear to anyone in need. His smile and presence always brightened your day and will be greatly missed.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Bryan Halterman of Frederick, MD . He is also survived by his stepfather, Ray Pessagno of Bel Air; uncle and aunt, Steve and Jody Sohns of FL; grandfather, Joseph Richard Halterman of VA; cousins, Ashley and Christopher Stansbury and Zachary Sohns, all of FL; and many other family and friends.
