Cora Virginia Burtt Moore

Cora Virginia Burtt Moore, age 92, of Bel Air, MD, passed away on November 3, 2012 at her son's home. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Chester Edward and Margaret Virginia Coleman Burtt, and wife of the late Horace Andrew Moore. A resident of Harford County since 1940, she worked for Aberdeen Proving Ground during WWII in various capacities, retiring in 1975 as a Security Assistant after over 30 years of service. She adored her two grandchildren, had been active with the Oak Grove Living Christmas Tree and enjoyed traveling with Lorraine St. Ours.

Mrs. Moore is survived by her son, H. Andrew Moore II and wife, Brenda Hiob Moore, of Bel Air, MD; and grandchildren, Brendan "BAM" Moore and Victoria Grace Moore.

Pallbearers are Brendan Moore, Victoria Moore, Jordan Snyder, Michael Hiob, Gary Hiob and Cecil Hill, Jr. Honorary pallbearer will be George C. Hiob.
