Constance J. Keck

CONSTANCE J. KECK, age 71, of Bel Air, MD, died on October 5, 2006 at Franklin Square Hospital, Baltimore, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of Irving and Eleanor Rybak Gutowska Riggs and the beloved wife of the late Edward J. Keck with whom she enjoyed many years. She worked for the Bel Air Police Department and retired from the Motor Vehicle Administration in Bel Air. She gave a lot of love and time to her immediate and extended families. She loved people and ran many support groups to help them. She enjoyed her everyday talks with her beloved brother, Robert F. Riggs. She taught English to many Asian friends and was a longtime parishioner at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Abingdon, MD.

Mrs. Keck is survived by her children, Michael S. Carmichael of Bel Air, MD, Charles E. Offney of Bel Air, MD, Kelly A. Sharpley of Delta, PA, Cuong Nguyen of Westminster, MD, and Minh Nguyen of Finksburg, MD; one brother, Robert F. Riggs of St. Pete Beach, FL; five grandchildren, Christopher L. Corbin of Delta, PA, Cary M. Carmichael of Edgewood, MD, Kevin M. Corbin, of Delta, PA, and Chelsea M. Offney and Charles G. Offney, both of Bel Air, MD; one great-grandchild, Ethan T. Farrell of Delta, PA; and hosted various other Asian families and ran multiple support groups.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Keck was predeceased by a daughter; Paula M. Offney.
