Connie Tipton Martin

Connie Tipton Martin, age 59, of Jarrettsville, MD passed away on January 27, 2012 at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, she is the daughter of Anna Mae Smith Tipton of Jarrettsville, MD and the late John Martin Tipton Jr. A lifelong resident of Harford County, she had several teaching jobs which included early childcare at Trinity Lutheran and was currently working as a para educator with special needs children at Youth's Benefit Elementary in Fallston. She was a member of the Jarrettsville Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and EPIC Community Church, and was a past member of the 4-H program. She enjoyed her horses and her involvement in dog obedience classes along with her sister, Bonnie, and loved to care for her grandson.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son, Jack Martin and wife, Tiffany, of Forest Hill, MD; daughter, Renee Martin of Jarrettsville, MD; sister Bonnie Tipton of Jarrettsville, MD; and grandson Josiah Martin.
