Connee M. Hudson

CONNEE ROCHE HUDSON, age 83, of Forest Hill, MD, died on November 9, 2006, at Mariner Health in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late John and Anna Holstrom and the wife of the late George Hudson. She graduated from Sullivan High School in 1941 and attended the National College of Education in Evanston, IL. She taught first grade for 20 years at Bel Air Elementary School and also worked in Jarrettsville Elementary School. She loved to play gin rummy and the piano. She loved cats and would take care of the stray ones. She enjoyed dancing, going to the shore, and gardening.
Mrs. Hudson is survived by three grandchildren, Amanda E. Matricciani of Hampstead, MD, Eric F. Roche of Temple Hills, MD, and John E. Roche of Silver Spring, MD; and three great-grandchildren, Ashlen Forbes, Tyler Forbes, and Drew Matricciani, all of Hampstead, MD.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Hudson was predeceased by a son, Robert Roche, one brother, Harold Holstrom, and one sister, Hazel Holstrom.
